How to apply:
Please fill out an application for every person that will be living in the home that is over the age of 18. Application fee is $55 per adult.
Please have a separate email addresses for each applicant 18 years of age or older.
Please make sure to include the property your applying for in your application to avoid any delays.

Please list all additional occupants, Full Name and Date of Birth
Deposit due immediately upon approval.

There is an Administrative fee for initial lease preparation due upon approval and a renewal fee every year hereinafter.
​
We additionally require a copy of your Driver Identification and the most recent months' worth of pay stubs. If you are self employed we will need a copy of filed tax returns for the last (2) years and the current YTD P&L. We look for 3X the amount of rent for income.

Applications are not processed until both application fee and all responsible parties have completed applications.
​
Applications are paid with Credit Card upon completion or by Money Order Delivered to the Office.
