STEP ONE:

STEP TWO: 

• One of our agents will call you and ask you some questions to help them determine the value of your house based on where it’s located and the property features.

• We buy in AS-IS condition which means you don’t need to clean or repair your house. We are experienced in short sales and foreclosures which means we can usually help you at any stage of the foreclosure process.

• After a quick review of your house, our representative will give you an offer of the best possible price based on recent sales in the area where your home is located. We buy houses in multiple counties throughout Florida.

• One of our associates will give you the option to receive your contract either by email, fax, or you may come by the office to pickup the contract in person, whichever you prefer. We give you 3-5 days to review and accept the contract and return it to us.

STEP THREE: 

CLOSE AND GET YOUR CASH

• There are no hidden fees and nothing will be deducted from your price at closing.

• Once we receive the contract back from you, we set a closing date.

• On closing day, all you have to do is to go to the title office and sign closing papers

• If you live out of town, we will overnight all the closing documents to you

• Once the closing is completed, you receive your funds in bank check, money wire, or certified funds. In some situation the entire process can take up to 10 days from the time we receive your contract to the time you have the money in your hand, however, there are situation that could take longer.
